By registering for or attending this event, participants and spectators acknowledge and agree that photographs, video, and audio recordings may be captured during the event. These images and recordings may be used by Clinton Tribute Community Foundation for promotional, marketing, educational, and fundraising purposes, including but not limited to social media, websites, print materials, press releases, and future event advertising.
Participation in the event constitutes consent to the use of an individual’s name, likeness, image, voice, and appearance without compensation or further authorization. All media becomes the property of Clinton Tribute Community Foundation.
If you do not wish to be photographed or recorded, please notify an event organizer at check-in so reasonable efforts can be made to accommodate your request.
